Try doing whatever makes you lively

Engross yourself in something that makes you relieved, make time for yourself. If you like gardening, try to spend more time with your little saplings or if you are a pet lover then definitely start spending your time with them. Channelize your energy, indulge yourself into activities that give you pleasure, go out take a walk, start sketching and make sure to stay from the cause of the concern.
